Are my eyes too bad for eye color change laser ?

hello to all !
I've just started doing research into laser eye color surgery and I'm wondering if it's possible for your eyes to progress to a point where they are "too bad" to benefit from laser eye color surgery. I just had an eye exam done and my prescription got worse again i have big numbers..
So is it possible that my prescription is so high that I'm not a candidate for laser eye color change surgery?

hello you need to go first eye doctor for more sure need examination for the right decision...
