Cost of eye color change laser surgery

I'm from the UK and went to Mumbai for cosmetic surgery but looking around I found that laser eye color surgery there was well within my budget, had a consultation and the doctors just impressed me that much I went for it, it was the type where they don't cut a flap, that was the bit that scared me most and these guys said that the laser would be less than a minute on each eye, would be able to feel it?
