Which eye color laser technology is better ?

hi all,
i want to ask all There is considerable discussion about what laser technology is better ! Almost as if the technologies differ that much. Is this really the case ? I would have thought it was a bit like a comparison of cars, they all get from A to B and yes while there is some variety of performance, much depends on the driver. Does the same not apply in eye color change laser technology ?
