Lumineyes laser operation in turkey

I live in England, I was born octorber 5 1980. I really wanna change of my color eyes. But I am a little bit scary coz of results, doctors and clinic services. I see some of Eye Star Clinic's review here. If I am right, this clinic stays in Istanbul. I really inspired. But I dont know exactly. Thats why I need your opinions who have been there, who knows the doctors, who have laser opeartion in this clinic. coz price is really cheap and results is looking good.
