what is my problem ?

I suddenly started seeing a speck of light in vision that wont go away unless i stop blinking or moving my eyes around. I just showered and came out only to start noticing it. I had something similar happened a couple of times before but it always goes away after i ignored it but this just wont go away and its driving me crazy. I tried seeing it everytime it appears and at first i thought it was a floater but its not,its just like a tiny speck of light that keep shining. Its annoying me alot everytime i look at things unless its dark.

When did you have the laser to change your eye Color? And where did you get it done? Did you speak to the doctor that performed it?
